Fish soup followed by grilled Octopus. The cooking was awesome. The servers were so friendly and the restaurant immaculately clean. Prices are very reasonable and you can while away the afternoon, sipping decent wine until your ferry is ready to depart. Did I mention the almond cake? Super!

If you have the chance to visit Culatra Island, I highly recommend this cute restaurant!!!
After a lovely stroll around the beaches of the island, my wife and I just coincidentally passing by the restaurant, our attention was drawn to this charming place.
From the outside it looked so calm, clean and welcoming that we couldn't resist it. We took a table without any great expectations and ordered some dishes for lunch which were recommended by the waitress.
I ordered the octopus and my wife ordered the calamari with curry sauce and rice.
And here our surprise was great.
I had never eaten octopus so well prepared before. So tender,juicy and yummy.... it was a feast for my senses!
Same goes for my wife's portion.
This place turned out to be the pearl of the island!
Thank you to the entire restaurant team for making a worthy end to our wonderful day on the island!

Incredible lunch whilst on the island! The grilled octopus was definitely the best we’ve had on our trip, would recommend!!! Note that they take PayPal or Revolute, so recommend to bring cash!

What an amazing little bar 🤩 Elaine and her ‘non English speaking’ husband were a delight and the food was excellent 🥰 Lots on the menu to choose from but we went for mussels on the specials board and a shrimp curry Absolutely delicious 😋 Sadly too far away from home to be returning any time soon but hold that thought… You never know 😎

The fish was delicious and well-marinated, and the portion was generous. The salad was amazing, especially the tomato with the pickled onions.

We got the starter of bread with tuna pate and olives which was delicious. We then had sea bream and sea bass, served with salad and potatoes. It was so tasty and filling. The service was excellent, our waitress was so friendly. Very glad we came here for lunch.

With my friend we shared a broth made out of fish, mussels and clams (on the menu it is indicated for 2 people). The seafood was definitely fresh and the broth so good ! We were satisfied with the quantity but my friend doesn’t eat much, so maybe for big appetites you might want to order an additional meal.
Just a suggestion for the staff if they read this : we would have appreciated if a plate/bowl had been brought to the table so we can put the empty shells inside, instead of keeping all the trash in our own plates + disposable cleaning napkins for our fingers.
The staff is young but professional and helpful, one of the waitresses was also pretty funny !

Had the shrimp curry, it was very good! Great service from waiters! Had an issue paying as they only accept cash or revolut/paypal. However, they were very nice about me having to bank transfer (and it taking a couple of days to transfer). Great hospitality and staff!

We had the most wonderful oysters here complemented by special shallot vinegar pearls. The price was very reasonable and the service was friendly. Highly recommended.

Food was exceptional and great value for money. We had Shimp Curry with Coconut Rice + Mussels with Tomato Sauce and Fries. Hidden gem of a restaurant with friendly service, lovely decor and an inviting atmosphere. Glad we experienced such great food whilst in Portugal. Go and check it out if you can, you wont be disappointed!

We had „Cheviche“ (raw fish) and coffee. Both were quite good. The place is nicely located and the service was very friendly.
